Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, email us at hello@littlelocalsplay.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement.
Returns
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the kit price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Email us first and we'll send the return address.
Because kits include teethers and other baby items, we can't accept returns of opened kits.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
